I'm on tapatalk so I can't see if the file is ok. And it's version 003 but it's what I found in 2 seconds after a search.

Oh wait, is a dump the same as the EEPROM image file.bin
im looking to try and use this on my, will it work or are my wasting my time.

Ive attached the first two downloads which are of my orignal 8E0909518 ecu, orignal file and eeprom e2p. The third file is of the 8E0909518AL which im looking the eeprom e2p, looking to try and get compatable with my orignal ecu.

You cannot run the AL software on that ecu. The clock speeds are slower, it will not work properly.

From reading I am assuming you want a file that has more than the 150HP your stock file has?
And you were hoping to put one of the 160-170HP files on your car and call it a day.

That's probably not going to happen, but you can get someone like DD here to make you a tuned file for your car.
That would be your best bet.
