Hi!
I have one old Audi V8 engine which we want to put in another car, so I am looking how to immo off this. I don't know which type of motornic it is, but I know that people here know Motronics well.
On M2.3.2 I know how to immo off in fuel chipset, but here can't find right bits.

It's a Audi C4 A6 engine, S6 4.2 V8 290HP - code AEC.

Audi V8 - D11 is only 3.6 PT and 4.2 ABH.

kaross, you've attached the main bin, immo-off bits are probably in the eeprom.

Code is different in some areas. But don't have a AEC ECM to test code changes directly Sad
Would be nice too know if the AEC dataset has measuring blocks Sad

no there isn't eeprom.
immo can be switched off from this *.bin*. I know it for sure. most of Motronics (I think all) have immo routine in main .bin and it can be deactivated. Even in MED9.1. I have it running immo off from flash.
EEPROM is just one way.
Also I am 99% sure that this file is from Audi V8 MY1994. one of last.

Use the ABH software.
I have tried the AEC software on my ABH ECM.
Engine starts for 2s and then stalls.
Diagnostic is the same as ABH has at VAG COM. So no benefit.
Only the same mods at the fuel map I try now.

The reason it stalls is because your car has no immo.

Yes. DTC for immo is set.
But diagnostic offers not more information so no sense in removal.
Use ABH software and everything should be fine.

It should work, it's the same like you can do on 2.2T by using different revision of software without immo enabled.
