Helio, I pulled this .BIN from a 021 906 018 M ecu from a VR6 mk4. The chip was marked 950403. I ran the original file through the 95040sum.exe tool and it corrected 9 checksums without me changing anything. Can anyone tell me what is up with this file? Is this ecu flashed already maybe? I need to immo off this ecu. I would assume I need Change block 0012 and 0022 from 01 to 02 the correct the checksums at 001e and 002e, 29 to 28 and 28 to 27 respectively .first file is original and second is how iimmo offed it. will this work?
TIA,

Even when I run The original file that Darkshado87 posted a couple of posts ago through the 95040sum.exe tool it comes up with 1 check sum corrected. What is this correcting?
