Hi, I m new on this forum.
I have audi a4 b5 1.9tdi 85kw AJM engine code
I bought the car with this problem
My problem is that my fuel gauge incorrectly indicates the level of fuel
When the tank is full, fuel gauge showing empty.
When the tank is empty, the fuel gauge shows full.
I bought a new fuel gauge sender, thinking it was set up by another vehicle, but it behaves the same
What could be

may be incorrectly coded, or firmware wrong

1: possible indicator dashboad diesel
2:wires are reversed

I had this problem with a TT gas to diesel conversion. The gasoline tank sender floats operating with the same ohm range, just inverted compared to the diesel cluster. I am thinking, assuming you have a diesel cluster, but you have a gasoline sender in the tank.
