The older Motronic thread
« on: October 08, 2013, 08:10:43 PM »
I know that ME7xx create an after and before point in the Engine Management Systems from Bosch. These systems are by far more capable, flexible and smart than older ones but for example, I still see many people looking for info and dealing with old M38x & M592 ECUs that continues working in many aspirated and turbo cars around there.
I have seen the capabilities of the people in this forum to help and solve problems, share amazing info & custom software that do wonders, then with all your respect, the idea of this topic is just to create a little thread where we can share all this stuff (if you want) and left that small group of people some support.
Regards,
Elio

Generally speaking M38x and M592 Ecus are based in Intel MCS96 microcontrollers. So here I left some excellent articles from Intel how a MCS96 MCU interface a CAN Controller and Flash Eeprom memories.

Not really Edgy, but I heard some people people comment about it here in the forums, I think. Any info you can add will be appreciated.
Thanks,
