Hi guys

My cars ecu has the part number: 06A 906 032 HJ.

Would it be possible to swap it with an ecu with the part number: 06A 906 032 DR and just copy the map file over from the HJ one using nefmoto ?

Thanks Wink

dont think so
DR is immo2 unit and HJ is immo3
you can swap ECU and copy LDRXN & LDRXNZK maps from HJ to make it 180hp

You can check it in ETKA (even online @www.vagcat.com). You just have to know when transition from IMMO2 to IMMO3 took place.

Thanks I'll have a look Wink

From what I've been reading so far, both the HJ and the DR ECU's were fitted to my car with the AUM engine code.

But for different model years (it will be shown in ETKA - even if the change was during model year - it will show you VIN numbers with older and newer part).
