Hey guys,

I thought some of you might found this interesting.

Here is a Stage 2 XR file for M box and a Stage 2 XR file tweaked for Methanol injection for A-box.

I thought I just read in another thread modding a GIAC file doesn't actually make any changes (as the values are called up from a different location)? 

Or are these older GIAC files?  Do the logs show the changes?

Most of the GIAC files have the map locations moved.

It depends on which maps you are trying to modify, these are their ''new'' files, just posted them so maybe one of you could see where their maps a hidden?

There new files have the maps moved to unused memory areas, and the maps are then encrypted. I believe the way they were doing it is each map is XOR'd with its own hard coded key.

Are Giac tunes tied to a specific ECU or can this be flashed to any ECU? I'm still working on my tune and as a beginner I am always interested in comparing how the car runs on someone else's tune. But I don't want to brick my ECU doing something stupid.
