Are you using Tunerpro to checksum? Maybe the xdf location for whatever you changed is wrong? Just a guess.

No im using me7sum to check sum which isnt correcting the errors in the file either.
I have a feeling its the xdf file but i cant find all the stuff in the regular mbox xdf for the 2.0 coils

The message that you're getting in TP doesn't matter.  You can turn it off im the XDF header if you'd like.

Post the output from ME7Sum.

I am still working on ME7Sum RSA support... it is working but I have a few things to finalize before a release.
