hi

a friend of mine bought an s3 8p wich was already tuned.he was not so excited about the power delivery and thought maybe something wrong with the remap.so we made a log run and i saw that the car is overboosting in the first gears up to 2900mbar total = 1.9bar
but specified boost was much lower boost...
requested load was 180% but car made about 140%...so i thought maybe the remap is bad..

well pulled the file ... wasnt that good missing maps and stuff...

so we decided to start from scratch and i flashed the ori file to see how the car goes with the ori flash..

well the car still overboosts to 1.9 bar and doesnt make full 175% load...

after the overshoot the boost follow the specified boost but the load not so the question is here anyone ever faced such a problem?
i dont think its a leak n75 and everything is new....

after i made the logs visible i saw that the engine load curve is equal to the n75 duty curve... isnt that weird?

attached the pics..

thanks guys

i just added another picture it shows missing load

this is measured with the original software

blue curve specified corrected load max 175%
red curve actual load approx. 140% ....

this was in second gear but kinda the same in all other gears..

You check the n75 solenoid. Two s3 8p with same problem (boost to Max) and issue was n75 broken (n75 in K04 tfsi is plug info the turbo, the plastic Connector for hose to the wastegate is broken, then pressure cannot regul). You can Check it on the rear of timing belt if all hose are connected.

Okay n75 is already new

If it helps someone the engine consumption is high too..

1 problem sorted... the wastegate was loose so no boost spikes anymore
