How to read\flash the Audi A4 2003 1.8t BEX?

I`ve try to use MPPS, NefMoto Flasher, K+CAN Commander but can`t read the flash. MPPS can`t do Ecu Id.
Is it immo blocks flashing? How can I disable immo?
VCDS works well.

They are sometimes shitty to read. Write is usually no problem. Use nefmoto at 38400 baud. Post your ecu number and I will provide an original file.
