Hello,

i like to tune a A4 B6 1.8T (BFB) with returnless fuel system.

I plan a K04-015 Turbo.

Tuner sayes to me, the OEM injectors (BOSCH 028156065 with 282,2cc/min @3bar) are okay for this tune. But other tuner say´s this is to small.

Which fuel pressure have a A4 B6 with returnless system? If i calculate with 4bar, i get with this injectors 352,75cc/min, it should be okay for 230bhp. More is not to get with a K04-015 or?

Its 4 bar static so if you run 1.5bar boost actual pressure in rail will be 2.5bar. Id say 2.5bar is on a good day as well, old filters and tired pumps youll end with lower.

You'll want to run 380cc injectors, from the 225bhp s3/tt. Direct fit and will be plenty for you..

Need at least 440cc. I am currently setting up my own k04-015 on my B6 and the stock returnless system needs as much injector as possible. I had the 225hp TT injectors and they went 100% duty cycle on 18psi with this K04.
