Anyone knows if it can be fitted a a6 2.8 5speed gearbox manual transmission in a a6 2,7t tiptronic car?

Sure. Very easily in fact. Assuming the car is a 2000-2002, and the engine/wiring is also 2000-2002, it will be plug in without any wiring modifications (short of adding the clutch switches).
