I recently found out about MK4 R32 owners modifying their cluster EEPROM to have a linear temp gauge response curve rather than the stepped curve that holds it in the middle through the range of normal operating temperatures. I tried to do that with my cluster but I can't find anything in my EEPROM that looks remotely close to what I'm looking for. Is this even possible with a B5 cluster or am I not looking hard enough?

There's a write up on this on ClubTDI forums.
