Hello!
I'm currently working on my 1,8t AUQ swapped instead of ARY.
I've removed all air leaks, but there is still problem with too high readings of MAF - 16487 in VCDS, and then it see pressure drop between turbo and Throttle valve... (17705).
I've reverted the stock map, because last owner modified it in the way, so the turbo has blown up Grin
Car has 3,25" DP, removed second o2 sensor, stainless TIP, and removed N249 and N112. I've removed just second oxygen sensor from the program, rest is stock.
There are only 4 wires comes from MAF, and MAF has 5 connectors.
I've bought car with MAF which tells "Signal too low".
I've swapped it into working (but used) one. Car was working perfectly, but after 500 km MAF stopped working. It also shows "Signal too low".
I don't know if the car is murdering MAFs, or it was just an accident.
Here are the test on the new MAF:
http://vaglogi.pl/log-002_115_eg72w.html
I know, that the maximal readings should be around 160-170 g/s, and here after 4000 rpm there is about 224, and it stalls.
Do you have any ideas what to check?
I'll also post the program in other topic to see, what was done in the previous program.

3 Options

1. Maf is defective, for 1.8t only new BOSCH mafs are ok. Any other brands are crap and dont work correctly.
2. There is a hole beetween turbo and engine
3. Someone rescale the MAF in the ecu software .

Hi!
Thanks for the answer.
But I'm afraid to buy new bosch maf if two were broken in that car. Is there normally only 4 wires connected from MAF? I've checked with autodata, and tere is 5V, 14V, groud and 0,x V at te wires and that's correct.

Hi!
I've replaced MAF from Autlog for Bosch one, and all is fine.
Now I can start tuning Grin
