Golf MK4 R32 Flashing

Hello,
i read out a golf mk4 r32 original file over obd with mpps v16 without any problems. So now i had a good tune of this file and want to write it over obd. its possible without any problems over obd?

Subscribed. I'm thinking 2.8 4mo but the concept is the same, I'd assume. Not wanting to bootmode it every time.
