Pretty sure my ecu is fried. Managed to get a 4B0 907 551 Q off a 2001 a6 tip. What all do I need to do to get it into my S4 and have my car turn on again.

Yes, but you'll likely need to recode it ("engine" recode, which alters the ECU eeprom).
