Why do my graphs and whatnot not look like any of yours ? My AFR table doesn't show RPMs, it just says 5120 and 0 ? And the boost table all weird as well ?

Because the addresses of the map table and the axis are wrong.

Yes, you're using the XDF for an S4 with an A6 bin.  You'll need the XDF for your car.

So I have a 4B0907551AL.  I can flash over it with the S4 8D0907551L bin, use the 551M xdf and begin from there yes ?

Okay, I understand all this now, the bin, xdf, checksums etc.  Thank you all for the help.  Now, before I write a new bin, Ive got to use vcds, go into 01 - engine, and recode to get the 5 digit pin.  Then, after the flash just recode the same pin ?  My biggest fear I guess is having it not start afterwards. :/

If you use an S4 file you don't have to worry about immo. There is none.
