What would be the best way to enrich some lean spots?

Also why does afr (uego) vary at the same boost/rpm. This is on a completely stock tt 225, tune and all.

Ie. 1st 2nd 3rd gear pull =11.5-12.5 afr
But 3rd gear pull from low rpm 13.5+afr.

Boost also sometimes hits 15psi but normally settles at 13psi

I have no logs because I have a boost gauge (makes things easier)
