Just a quick post, a friend of mine bought an old S4 with the old 512kb ecu 8D0907551C.

I struggled to find a definition file for it but I've expanded on and corrected a bunch on the one I see floating around here, it may be handy to someone!

If/when I add more to it I'll update the file here.

On 8D0907551C you cannot flash M-Box or can I?

You need a 1M ECU

I have a bosch MAF and Manual. Can i just buy a used 1mb box and flash it to a M-box and do a immo off? Or do i have to change more like the MAF?

Yes, you can flash it to an mbox.

551M has no immo

Yes, you have to copy bosch MLOFS and MLHFM

You will also likely need to recode the ECU to 06611 (no ESP)
