There's a whole lot more difference between the two engines than just turbo, injectors and MAF.
It might be possible, but you would get a wall of DTC's and sub optimal performance from the engine.
The "easiest" way would be to copy injector, wastegate and MAF specific maps
to your current ECU and go from there
