Hey,

petrol engine running of AFR = 1 on low and part load because of catalyst (NOx emissions etc.).

But not looking a any emission values, best for fuel economy, engine could run at AFR = 1,08 .. 1,1, as long as EGT is not too high. In low and part load, I think EGT and other temperatures are not a problem.

How to treak the AIR  to 1,1 instate of 1,0 ?

It is just a chance of KFLBTS-map? IMO not, because KFLBTS is only active tabgm_w, tkatm_w, tikatm_w or twistm_w over there limits.

So, what map I am missing to set AIR = 1,1 in low or part-load ?

Thanks for hints and advice

Uhm, EGT is highest at the stoichiometry point...

Thanks for that link Smiley

It is a constant in the code, it is simply a value of 1 and not intended to be calibrated

So, to run lean, I need to teak the calculation in SC Sad
That´s not, what I am looking for. I hoped that there is somehting like a targe map, where I can lean up the AFR depending on load, not all time as long as some protections will enricht again..

.. need to rethink my idea  Huh
