I am in a bit of a ghost chase, there is this quick connector on amazon (picture attached):

for 3/8" lines. I want to get this instead of the plastic crap for my flex fuel sensor, but I do not want to buy the whole two sets like this, pay p&p from U.S. to Europe and duties.

This has to be a standard GM part that I should be able to source locally, but I am hitting the wall finding any information. I am interested in the upper part only.
