Hi folks!
Has anyone got an experience with using transverse engine ECU (TT for example) on longitudinal engine? Only difference in wiring diagrams I found was pedal position sensors are inverted, but dealing with that would be a minute job for me. This also could explain why engine redlined when I flashed 180TT bin in my ecu in early days  Grin
The reason I'm interested in this is I would like to install eDV from TFSI. After reading thread about this on here, there's some maps that needs to be adjusted for eDV to function properly, but they're not in the bin I'm using (018CA). I ran through some other longitudinal ECU bins I had and maps wasn't there too. But they were in all of transverse ecu bins I had. I'm complete beginner with just some basic knowledge, disassembly is not in my ability list yet so I'm looking for option to use wideband transverse ECU and start from that. Actual EGT readings from sensor also would be a nice addition.  Roll Eyes
Any comments?
