TABGBTS address in AUQ (supposing is 032HN) is 1D090. This is your "threshold" over which FBSTABGM (1D040), which is the enrichment "amount", is taken into account.
In your case, if EGTforPartProtection gets over 1050C, FBSTABGM is taken into account, BTS fueling being "active".
LE: I am not sure if you are aware of this but.... in order to track this easier you should log tabgbts_w, thats your trigger for BTS. I`m mentioning this since i only see tabgm_w in your logs.
