Hi,

I have been working on 4 bar map sensor and settings. Car runs ok, cold start is fine. In the logs I see baro pressure, boost pressure desired, boost pressure actual .. are 1/2 of normal.
All the maps have been changed according to the "The 5120 hack - Running up to 5bar absolute pressure on ME7.x" topic.

1. question is about different 1013 divisions #1 & #2... do they all need to be scaled or only #1 or only #2 or both of them?
2. question is about 710p dv as I used to have forge splitter (which also gave good spool)

So I changed from splitter to 710p and turbo (gt2871) won't spool up so fast as it used to be (did about 1.0- 1.3 bar @ 3600rpm)

I've also reinstalled the n249 witch worked fine with splitter valve.

Now I've been working like 3 weeks to get this new 4 bar sensor to work (maybe it works well, never asked high enough load) but I see that the turbo wont spool up anymore.
On wot from 2000-4500 it builds like 0,7 bars and then it goes up to requested boost...also I see that engine load requested vs actual is 1/2 (throttle valve 100%)
also there is engine load 20- 30% on idle, which is quite much I think...

Checked the turbo and wg today, everything is fine (using 0.9bar wg - maybe should change to 0.3 because I can have more controll over them through the ecu?)

Or am I missing some critical map (maybe wrongly scaled)... any ideas?

cannot load my log file because it is too big...

From the logs I can see that wg duty is 95% almost right after I floor the throttle... but since I'm using 0,9 bar wg actuator it shouldn't open before it gets to 0,9bar pressure from intake (pressure tested the wg and it starts to open from 0,9bar).

Problem solved, faulty n249... bypassed it for a test and got steady 1.8 bar... doesn't have that bad flutter sound eighter. Need to test the valve and check the software for possible mistakes.
