Disconnecting because no response was received for the Tester Present message

Is there any other reason I am getting this error? Nothing has changed that I can think of.. ECU is in the car, using the same cable and same tablet PC same battery charger even and never had this issue before now. I deleted Nef and made sure the registry was cleaned out then reinstalled and still get the same crap. The only thing that is.... is that I haven't flashed a file in over a year..any ideas???

Try to pull out cluster fuse
I had the same issue when change my laptop to win 10
