Hello, I'm new to all of this lol. With that being said I want to start learning on how to tune my car using TunerPro RT. What kind of steps will I need to take? I know this won't happen over night by any means and I'm ok with that. I've scanned the car using VCDS and this is the following information it found,

Control Module Part Number: 06A 906 032 DL
Component and/or Version: 1.8L R4/5VT     G   0003
Software Coding: 07500
Work Shop Code: WSC 00066
VCID: 6BA944AF0A9D

Any help will be gratefully be appreciated.

The following mods on the car is just a Aftermarket DV, and a gutted CAT. CAI will be next on the list.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction. Since your last reply I have tried going back out to my car to try to get TunerPro to communicate with my ECU but the program tells me that "Hardware Not Found". I go into the settings to select the right com port and everything shows up properly there but it still will say "Hardware Not Found". Am I missing something? I am using an Amazon cheapy Vag-Com cable, maybe that could be my issue. Do I need to manually find the memory layout. Like I said in my first post, I am willing to learn and any help will be appreciated. Thank you!

Did you read that link Marty posted?  I'm struggling to see where it says that TunerPro is used to flash?

Thank you for the reply. I did in fact read it. I'm having a hard time getting Nefmoto's and TunerPro to use my Vag-Com cable. VCDS uses it just fine but the other 2 programs say they can not find the hardware. Maybe I just have to get a different cable. More of an expensive one. I do have an aftermarket radio, would that make a difference?

Did you read the post that I posted?  TunerPro is not used to do anything with a cable, other than edit tables.

As a matter of a fact I do know what cable it is, It's a CH. I'm guessing that I will need to get a FT Cable? Your right though Marty, I don't know what software to use but like I stated before i'm willing to learn! I now know that TunerPro is used to edit tables and the Nefmoto software is used to flash.

Shoot I did not not see that. I didn't realize I got a CH cable until I looked at the guts. I'll order a new cable when I can. Thank you!
