Hello all,
Hope you can help.
I have an issue with a roller coaster of AFR\IDC swing, previously to this tune I had a good stable tune, but there was a flat spot from 3K to 4K. After some investigation it was established that the issue was the wastegate being too soft about 10PSI, after adjusting the wastegate to about 12PSI and adjusting the tune I now have this roller coaster of AFR\IDC. I know there is a small boost spike, I’m going to use KFLDIMX to resolve this but after trying various things I doubt that even after the removal of this small boost spike it will remove the roller coaster AFR\IDC swing. I think I might have something to do with an over active IDC PID, but I’m not sure?
Any ideas welcome.
Thanks
The car is a MK1 TT BAM engine, it has the usual 3” full exhaust, F23 turbo, Ported Chinafold, bigger TIP\ air filter. I’ve checked and can’t find any leaks, loose connections etc. The injectors are Bosch 550cc, the TVUB, KRKTE, log & log screen shot are in the attached.
