Audi S4 B6 4.2 V8 BBK 344HP - P17536 - Fuel Trim; Bank 1 (Mult): System too Lean
« on: February 01, 2021, 02:48:40 AM »
Hello,
I have a problem with my Audi S4 B6. For some time now, a check engine indicator related to the P17536 (Fuel Trim; Bank 1 (Mult): System too Lean) error appears to me. Sometimes the error P17538 also occurs with it. Fuel corrections under load go up quickly to around 10% to 15% even after reset. Idle adjustments are good - close to 0%.
I suspect that the fuel pump is not giving the right pressure because the injection times are increasing to 20ms under load. Am I right? Please rate the logs.

No it is stock. Only SAI is deleted from ECU.

on the B6S4 Platform if you have runaway fueling its probably a clogged filter and not the pump. Have you changed it recently? JHM has a high flow one that works well. if you have other questions PM me.
