More inclined to think your set up is not working correctly.  Did you try rebooting your pc and check device manager for correct port? And check settings?  Check your connections again ?  Do you have a digital power supply is there any current being drawn when you power up? Check Kline wires?  If you put your obd reader back in the car I’m sure you can check address 2 tranny or some other module.

Ok checked the com port that was correct.. The cable is recognized in vcds and nefmoto when I power on the ecu the ecu and cable are pulling 0.245 amps so im thinking dead.. and the more I think there's no way I reversed the power because its all soldered and it worked over a dozen times...

I'm pretty sure it's done I have a chip on the right side of the board heating up pretty good...
