Hey Norwegian 1.8t thanks for your Reply.
Tried the linear tables of the post and i have still a wind up.
So it connected the turbo directly to pressure and i only got 300-350 bar boost.
I think thats might to less. What i read it should be about 0.48 on a k04 001.
I will check that and may change the Wg Can.

Did you use the tool to generate the KFLDRL map?
You'll need to have datalogs with fixed DC from 0-95%.

You need to set DAPP to 8 and DRAPP to 0-95% depending on what log youre doing. The tool needs some varaibles so you need to make sure you log atleast those.
If you dont have DAPP and DRAPP in you XDF you'll have to find them somehow or get a new defenition. But again, you should really just read the Wiki, all that im telling you is stated there

Than will look for a different Definition.
Do you mean the S4 Wiki or the Funktionsrahmen?
Or is there a third Document i should have?

Didnt read it there, may i over read it.
Thank you.

Greetings.

Little Update. Found the right table.
Tested a fixed DC today and checked the Turbo.

It has been sold to me as K04 001 but it might be a China K03s it has only 39mm intake.
At 80% WGDC at 6500 rpm just 164g/s

So it cant handle the Power i want, will buy upgraded K04 001 than i will try to make a KFLDRL map with the tool.

Thanks for helping @ all.

Will update when i got a new Turbo and may upload my XDF with the updated tables when it all works right.

Dont waste time. Try to understand the process of doing the logs and linearization... flat dimx and ldrl from the tool.

post the logs you did from 0% to 80% please

New hardware will not compensate your little understanding for software.

Exactly this.

However, I already sense that this is how this person works.

Sorry may you miss understood me .
You are right that a bigger Turbo wont solve the Problem with the right calibration but why should i spent
time for making logs with a Turbo that can´t Deliver the Airmass i want? Or iam wrong? Thinking about nearly 200g/s.
I just tested 70% and 80% yet.
I will change the Turbo and start log the different DCs.
Than i will post them.

Thanks and Greetings

please provide a log with 0% and the one with 80%.

Maybe your turbo is okay but your smic and intake is shit. if you are on the hunt for airmass, its important to have a top notch environment.
negative pressure in the turbo inlet and so on...

Will do the logs the next days and post them.

The Turbo itself seems okay but seems to be just a stock k03.
The guy who sold the turbo to me told me its a upgraded k04001 and the guy who drove it got 250ps.
Bought it in a package with Manifold and Silicone inlet.

Intake is Stock Airbox with KN Airfilter Mat with the Silicone Hose.
Intercooler is an Smic from HG-Motorsport.

Want to change to a real upgraded k04 001 with bigger inlet and bigger Silicone Hose and will change the Smic to Fmic (same as Seat Motorsport)

Performance Goal should be about 250hp but not max out the Turbo.

Greetings
