and who can? I didn't find anyone.

I can, others can too. PM me.

If not do what prj said and follow prometeys thread and the various dissassembly threads and scripts to do it. Everything is there for you to learn how to do this.
Depending on how hands on you are it might be better just to pay someone as you can focus on your core issue rather than possibly waste time.

Oh and "chip" tuning on ME7 is a tiny bit more complicated imo than EDC15 and 16 which everyone copies or you can just do what most "tuners" do and download shit flash files and flash em.

no. I made the chip on the edc15 at a high level and on my own. I wrote firmware for different sprayers and turbines. With 1.9 tdi , 270 horsepower was made . I have a lot of time, so I want to study the topic, but I just can't determine where to start. The first is to read the topic proposed

If you've never written code or disassembled code even, then you haven't made jack sh!t and you're not writing firmware. There's enough threads on here about reverse engineering and disassembling, and you expect us to spoon feed you all of it?

I have no logs because I have a boost gauge (makes things easier)

and just to help show the address in the firmware where the limiter is written in 1 will be a big loss for you ? or suggest that you can simply change the linearization of the oxygen sensor thereby deceiving the ECU

I am ready to pay, I am looking for someone who is cheaper and the mixture of 1 to 16.6 will be made correctly on economical modes
