hello,

I have a problem with my wideband conversion on my cupra 1.8t 20vt ayp, i did this wiring :

Pin#1 goes to Pin#3
Pin#2 goes to Pin#4
Pin#3 goes to Pin#5
Pin#4 goes to Pin#1
Pin 52 on ecu goes to wideband o2 sensor Pin#6
Pin 71 on ecu goes to wideband 02 sensor Pin#2

i had to add power 12v to pin 121 because the harness on my car don't have it (i will add relay to control this later actually is on the 100 relay with a fuse) and unplug one pin for fan control because it was on the input for egt.

I measured my resistance from my harness and everything seems good <1ohm but i have this fault code:

 "16519 oxygen lambda B1 S1 heating circuit
   p0135 35 00 malfunction"
 Cry
I tried another lambda that I have in stock (which i know is working) and another ecu but same thing..

my stock ecu : 6k0 906 032 aa

my new ecu : 06a 906 032 qk ( i flash it with 06a 906 32 hs for better bin def)

i don't know where to go .. can it be other fault that causing my problem ? Huh

thank you in advance for the help you would give me and the help you have already given me thanks to this forum  Wink

Because you are using a 2l ecu, the o2 sensor heater driver and circuit are different than a 1.8t ECU. Not to mention vvt and boost control

i think this ecu came from seat alhambra 1.8t 20v with the awc engine.

Yeah you're right on the car that it came from. can you open the ecu and send some pictures?

Yes, no problem.

Hmm, yeah that's a standard wideband ECU with the correct components for the heater circuit. Check prokon configuration, if you do not have the code word configuration correct you can get this dtc. Problem is when the heater faults it disables close loop lambda. If you are 100% sure prokon is good triple check the wiring or you could have a bad sensor.
