Stock 1.8T AEB high maf read

Hello ! I have audi a4 b5 1.8T Quattro 150hp AEB engine.Stock MAF max read 160gr/s ? I do not any remap and etc.Only blow off valve.Why is that ?

I know this is a year late answer but we're missing info in this log to diagnose properly. Do you still need help? Or found the cause for your high maf readings?
