Hi, all
I'm building a ttrs 8j MED9.1.2 DSG with g30 turbo , forged, dual injection etc only for race track.
For now the MPI is not plug, i want to validate the set up in GDI first and after try to plug the MPI (MPC runner + 1000cc injectors)
I delete the lambda with ESS software and the runner flap with the maps
WLBKSOLFLB
CLALBK
CLALBKE
CLALBKO
CLALBKP

and increase KLPBR and KFNLLNST of 15% but don't find the FKNLLNST on my damos.
The result is that the first start is still bad a couple of second and after that all is ok.
I only have a fault code because of on fan have an issue i think, P0480 (fan 1 electrical issue) so the fans truns when i trun the key.
That's only what i have for the engine fault.
But when i start the car no issue and after a couple of metter the car go in limp mode with the message 4000rpm max.
My abs and esp light are on at the dash bord too and i have the fult code: 01486 test of fonction of the system activate (don't know what it means..)

So as it's for a race car, if i can i prefer to delete the abs.
Is it a way to delete the limp mode of the car completly, i know it can be dngerous but we will log everything on track and i don't want to pay for a big track and spend my time in the stand because of a default code for nothing all the day.
Thanks to your answer

Start by setting anything CLA to stock, and then doing proper delete.

Hello thanks for the answer .
Yes i think that the flap put the ecu in limp mode 4000trs.
I found the information here for delete the flap.
What do you mean by a proper delete ?
Thanks to your help

Hi, im in same position with flaps delete and i cant get it out of limp with any files. If i send you my files could you check if the solution is correct. In transmission it has P1719 Restriction due the engine control module
