Hi everyone,

Hope someone can help me with this or point me in the right direction

I build a golf mk4 1.8t 4motion with dsg, converter mk20 abs to mk60 abs so dsg understand speed signal.
It drives very good now

But encounter some problems when there is speed on my vwk501mh cluster.(tried other clusters also , same problem)
When set to can(cluster 0x65 on 81) or analog(external analog input) cluster needle is working and is sending 0x320 on drive can what contains drive speed.

When i have this i have downshifting issues. For example when  driving 50kmph it shifts up to 5th gear but after 5/10 seconds it shifts back to 3th gear and stays there.

Also when driving 100kmph it shifts to 6th gear and after a while it shifts back to 4th.

When i dont have speed on cluster, so when i set 0x65 to 80 and the speed needle isnt moving , it doesnt send 0x320 message and dsg is shifting fine.

Anyone here knows how to disable cluster to send 0x320 or has it something to do with cwggvfzg ? (speed source in ecu)

I dont know wich one is sending speed to dsg , ecu or cluster

I know there are 2 can messages for speed . 0x4A0 from abs and 0x320 from cluster.i think both messages disturb dsg speed input signal

Or is it something in tcu flash what can be changed so it use only speed from abs ?

If someone can help me out here i will apreciate!

Ecu : 06a906032LQ
Abs : mk60 from TT 3.2 dsg
Dq250 4motion : Passat alltrack 2013 (DQ250F)02E927770 AL/02E300015C

Kind regards and thanks in advance

Edit : cwggvfzg set to 1 , speed from abs,but no difference

as far as i remember you can change a byte in dsg file to source speed from itself instead of abs or cluster, ill have to look back to find the name of the codeword, it is the dsg damos floating around
