The point is that when manipulating the clutch, the revolutions are unstable and do not maintain the same level as, for example, in a diesel engine

so you have checked all your equipment, no boost/exhaust leaks, fuel pressure...and also tried a stock file? because it works very well originally. I think your problem has nothing to do with torque reserve.
