Sorry not sure where to post this, but I have a 02 a4 1.8t with 518f ecu. Nefmoto can read ecu info and read codes but as soon as I try data logging it fails and says ecu security access is required, is this an immo issue or could it be something else. Any information would be greatly appreciated

If you try to log with nef it will not work. Use me7logger.
