How do I get my SKC?

I want to change my tacho.
I read my 95040 and my SKC is 0xFFFF (off).
But VSCD does not login with 65535.
How do I get my SKC?
The car is an A3-00 (tuned).

Post your 95040.
If it is FF'ed you can get it from your old cluster.
