installed on old xp laptop.
downloaded and updated java.
starting ecuxplot results in error code:
could not find the main class: org.nyet.ecuexplot. Program will exit.

I have no idea what you are doing wrong.

what version of java and ecuxplot are you using?

what version of java and ecuxplot are you using?

Actually i get the same with w7, prev version of ecuxplot works fine. Can't tell more right now, I don't have that machine handy at the moment.

Download

Installer (exe) for Windows - Download 0.9r5.0

Requires Sun's java runtime:
Java SE Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 or later

After reboot, java ran an update on the JRE 6 automatically.

I check whats in the installed directory and try a zip up/post.

Actually, try 0.9v5.2 and see it it works with java 1.6

if not, install java 7.

Also, you never said what version of java you installed
