Here is the original file i pulled from this ecu. Anyone know how to remove the immo from it?

Immo is disabled from the EEPROM, not the flash (generally speaking).  Read the excellent information posted here in the Immobilizer section...

Yeah, that was the .bin from the 95040 eeprom. Argdub's program worked great once i got the latest version installed. Thanks tho.

4D1 907 558D are ME 7.1.1.

BOSCH ME 7.1 eeprom 95040
BOSCH ME 7.1.1 eeprom 95160
BOSCH ME 7.1.1 eeprom 95P08
BOSCH ME 7.5 eeprom 95040
BOSCH ME 7.5.X all version eeprom 95040

But immo off are same as 95040 (I think).
