Set bits 4 & 5

Edit: It wouldn't be a bad idea to just set 0x10C7B to 0xF0 and 0x10C77 to 0xE0.

Let me verify the changes work. When I do, if all is well, I'll update the wiki. How do you feel about sticky'ing the l-box bin with the bosch maf values? There is already a bosch m-box stickied, Tip guys need love too.

Changes were successful. Completely code free running the L-box in earlier cars. I posted an otherwise stock L-box (converted to bosch MAF, with the changes outlined in this thread) in the tuned files section. Should help facilitate the swap for others.
