Hi
I have an Audi A6 - 1999 - AJL - 1.8T - 180hp - ecu : Bosch me3.8

I changed the turbo, manifold, injectors (siemens 630cc).
I changed the ecu chip with the re-flashable one.

I modified the part throttle map according to the injectors to find a reasonable AFR for using the car.

However, expectedly, I could not set the IDLE AFR with the Part Throttle map.
I also could not set the WOT AFR with this part throttle map.

So I have some questions if you don't mind..

1. What maps should I modify to change the IDLE AFR and WOT AFR ?
2. Is there any address for changing the Overall Fuel Trim ?

I have an excel file for the Me3.8 ECU in German - and I find it too complicated to find what I need.. I'm trying for 1 week

If you've replaced your injectors you will need to adjust the dead time and the calculated fueling variable to get started.

Put the part throttle map back to stock..

Then plug in the proper dead time corrections into this map:

$09563 Spannungskorrektur 5x1

The problem is that I don't know how that ECU determines the base fueling variable... or what it's called... I did a quick search but couldn't find anything... maybe someone else can chime in on it.

There is injector constant like krkte and there is multipleyer constant.
Names are Grundanpassungsfaktor and Grundanpassungskonstante ...

Hope this helps .. Pay atention that Grundanpassungskonstante change the MS scalar of tables ..

thanks for the help..
I changed the injector constants as you told : bingo, it works but there's a problem that has NEVER been solved.

The car starts normally when it's cold, however it doesn't start easily when it's hot.
After half an hour drive, when I turn off the ignition, and try to start the car again, I have to hold the ignition at least 10-15 seconds to make the car running.

Can you help on this matter, please ?
