I'm interested too. I know how to disable OBD read at med9 but not at me7.

I never did it my self, but..

search at the beginning of file for 09 0A 0B 0C 0F from what I have read over here changing 0F to 00 block OBD read

For MED9 you need to search for 5FBD 5DBD 0001 1170 and change 0001 1170 to B547 E6AD. OBD read blocked
