Reading PIN encrypted VDO cluster
« on: May 20, 2013, 08:02:56 AM »
Hi,
I'm replacing the cluster in my 2002 Audi A3 8L with a VDO cluster with board computer. (8L0920931KX)
With vagtacho I can't connect to the cluster to read the pin.
With vag comander 2.5 I can't get a full read.
I've found a dump online for the same cluster that is decrypted.
Is there a way i can load this file to my cluster?
Or
What tools can read the pin?
Or
Should I go to the dealer?
