EEprom x flash

Hi!
my ecu uses eeprom (Bosch M8.3.2)
The original eeprom is 27c1024, but i change for 28F102
make it, i can read and write my ecu file with galeto? like bosch M7...?

no. you must still use a programmer.
i use 28f102 as well though fwiw.
