I also have a similar problrema,

I recently bought a car from Japan.
Unfortunately, at the time of such purchase, you have no chance to get in touch with the previous owner.

Anyone know how to learn Security code? so enabling EMCS Mode?

You need an EMCS programmer. They aren't super expensive and pop up on ebay every now and again.

APR discontinued them. You need to find someone that still has one.
