Specs: Audi S3 2001 AMK engine, Hybrid K04, 3" downpipe, decat, exhaust manifold, fmic

Been a while trying to tune the car, and i feel i started to get somewhere after many trial and error, problem is that I do feel that car got the power, but maf readings doesn't go with this theory. Seing a max of 180 mg/s doesnt translate to good power. For the record its hot temps here, lets say around 30-35 Celsius.

iat are usually around 30 and the max I have seen while logging uphill was around 50.

The throttle is getting shut off at around 6000 rpm, I am trying to figure out why with no luck till now so maybe someone can help me learn.

Attached is the original file, the tuned one, and some logs.

I am working into getting Me7 Logger working, but meanwhile if anyone can give some hints or pointers it would be great.

Throttle cut because of overboost, the load is 168 and the actual boost is way above requested..

I think it's becuase you are running an uprated actautor and overboost/limit maps havent been raised to counter the throttle cut.

^ this

and good maf readings are not the end all be all. Your flow can be great but if your not making good use of the mixture the number can be misleading.

True I am running an uprated actuator.
I will do a search on which are my overboost/limit maps and check how to modify it
And i will try to loosen the actuator setting a bit, maybe its too hard.

Found a little leak and fixed it. Now maf is reading 205-210 mg/s. Sometimes I get MAF error, reading too high. I guess this can be solved by modifiying KFMLDMX map.

Throttle cut is still there at around 6000rpm. I tried lowering boost and it still there, with low boost you can feel it less but it is still there.

I tried zeroing TLDOBAN, and maxing KFDLULS and it is still there.

I don't like to be spoon fed, but Im obviously missing something here...

Post real logs with me7logger. Raw csv's of a third gear pull from 2500-redline will get the most exposure.

What do you suggest me logging?

As many of the markp variables as possible. If you have a wideband, also log actual AFR.

Mlmax needs to be raised to get rid of the maf too high, upto 1080 from 680 will be enough..

When you say lowering boost is that via kfldrl or ldrxn?

Its been a while and I am still not able to connect Me7logger I seriously need help.

What i did is take out the instrument cluster and behind there is a green connector on the right side. I opened this connector and take a piece of wire to connect 2 wires together,  the wire that goes to pin 5 with the wire from pin 28, leave the pins like they were in the connector. I actually wired those to an outside switch so I can connect and disconnect those pins anytime without taking the cluster out.

I still loose connection when i turn ignition on.

Then I tried to remove the instrument cluster fuse. I dont recall which fuse was it but when I took it off the instrument cluster turned off, no lights. I started the car, removed the fuse, and tried to connect the logger, still loose connection

The logger works fine while the car is off and key is in ignition, when I turn the ignition on (even without turning the car on) the logger looses connection.

What to do??

I still have the throttle cut at around 6000 rpm. If anyone can help it would be great. I can send/attach my map file.
