This is only flash, exactly 200000h 2.097.152 bytes. No eeprom.

How to get an eeprom that fits the flash? That makes sense with size!

I need a bdm read of an golf V edition 30 ecu eeprom and mcu in seperate bin files. I have an Audi a3 with dsg and i can’t get it running with any of the ecu’s i tried so far. The closest ecu should be ed30 which is a front wheel driven Cupra engine with dsg gear box. So hoping to get an edition 30 bdm to try that one out. But I only have bdm100 clone on dimsport so bdmtogo doesn’t work for me. That’s why I need mcu and eeprom in bin files. I found one bdm read online but eeprom is only 2kb and it has to be 4kb I compared it with other med9.1 eeprom I had and it looked like eeprom content was just repeated 2kb but when I doubled the content to make a 4kb file the bdm wrote the file without problem but the car didn’t start even with Immo off

Eeprom has to be 2kb, flash is 2048kb, both in one file is 2050kb and eeprom is attached at the end of the flash.
This is how ktag bdm looks like.

Thats the problem with cheap tools, either use tools which readout correct or think how to fix it. Did you also immo off in second 2kb from your 4kb eeprom? If not i think you will just overwrite your immo off eeprom with second 2kb again.
