Trying to run me7check on win7 64bit and it closes immediately. I also tried it by going to cmd and still nothing. Ive searched the best i could but i cannot find a solution. Some guidance with how to do this would be greatly appreciated!

Ok so i did get it working by just opening cmd and running it that way. I read the file off my ecu. Opened it in tuner pro and made changes only for launch control. I used a m box xdf. An xdf in tuner pro is a way to look at your ecu file correct? Ive ran me7sum and it found 8 errors and corrected them. I should be okay to flash now correct? I guess the only thing i wanna make sure is when i open the xdf in tuner pro im reading my ecu file that i have open in tuner pro and not someone elses.

What is your car? post your bin, or the output of ME7Check to verify the software you are working on.

Ah ok. Ive only found 1 T box xdf but its kinda hard to understand. I was playing with your nefmotostg1 xdf and its very nice. But ok i will continue exploring and learning before i do anything. Thank you very much! |

Good idea. Although you can flash the M-box binary to your T-box. That's what is meant by compatible. |

The mbox xdf does not have the correct locations for a T box, so you either need to:

Tbox bin, mbox xdf == fail.
Ok that makes since. I went here http://nyet.org/cars/files/stock/ and got the correct mbox .bin. To be clear with doing it the way you said I can flash an mbox file (using a mbox xdf of course in tuner pro) to my tbox? |
